The Odessa Tri-Service Lions Club was chartered on April 30, 1956, with twenty members. Since its inception, the Tri-Service organization has in turn sponsored two other Lions Clubs in the Odessa, Texas area. It has been and remains active in providing eyeglasses, hearing aids and other services to the community as it pledged to do. It is part of District 2-T3 of the International Association of Lions Clubs. |

News & Notes
On Saturday January 21st two members of the Odessa Tri-Service Lions attended the District 2-T3 Mid-winter Cabinet Meeting in El Paso.
Various reports were given by the different chairs. The DG challenged the clubs to work harder on their membership goals. The Tail twister raised $585 for the district.
A brief description of some of the plans for the District Convention to be held in April were given along with a brief description of the plans for the 2014 State convention. |
